Jill Scott measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Jill Scott was born on April 4 1972 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to her mother Joyce Scott. The family was dominated by her grandmother, and she was a sole child. Scott attended her school at the Philadelphia High School for Girls, and then Temple University after graduating. She took secondary school classes there while working two jobs. The hope was to become a English High School teacher. The dream however was put on hold when after 3 years of study and being an assistant to teachers she dropped out of the college. Her career began by singing live poetry and performing writing her own material. Then she joined forces along with Amir Quest Thompson, a musician in The Roots. You Got Me was co-written by both. In a Roots performance, she declared her artist status. The show led to collaborations with Eric Benet Will Smith Common. In the Canada tour of The Broadway musical Rent, she gained valuable experience performing. She was the first artist to be signed by Hidden Beach Recordings.
